///Richard Reinhardt (a.k.a. Rickie Ramone - you know, of The Ramones) filed a federal lawsuit claiming that he has not received the proper royalties from the online sales of the songs he wrote. He is requesting $900,000 worth in royalties and an injunction preventing the use of his songs "Smash You," "Somebody Put Something in My Drink," "Human Kind," "I'm Not Jesus," "I Know Better Now" and "(You) Can't Say Something Nice."
