A quartet of smartly dressed Canadians, including a pair of virtuosic guitar slingers, ample cheap PBR and someone dressed in a Darth Vadar costume. What does it all mean?

It means that unless you were at the Hideout as well, my Sunday afternoon was better than your Sunday afternoon. The only flaw being that pesky natural light that likes to invade dank bars in the afternoon. Following a Saturday night show at the Abbey, the Sadies made an unusual Sunday afternoon appearance in front of a modest, mixed audience but as usual for the Sadies it did not disappoint. Some of the days guests included Jon Langford, Sally Timms and Rosie Flores.
