The Ettes stomped through town last Saturday night to play a set at the increasingly booked Ronny's. Looking as if they just arrived from Carnaby Street London via the swinging sixties the trio laid into some sincere garage rock. Whether their retro stylings be your thing or not, I promise you will find little fault with the woman behind the kit, a.k.a. Poni. She is the unadulterated force behind this trio's sound and fully capable of pounding any and all onlookers into submission.

Those photographs are amazing...even though I wasn't there I can really sense what it felt like to be there-the motion, the sense of duality in some of the shots...really well done!
